Returns and Exchange
1. Return/Exchange Period
Customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original condition with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original invoice
3. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact our customer service team at help@queenslycurves.com.
- Provide your order number and reason for the return/exchange.
- Follow the instructions provided by our team.
4. Return Shipping
We will provide a return shipping label, and the item will be picked up from your address at no extra cost to you.
Note: If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, customers are responsible for any return shipping fees.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 24 working hours.
6. Exchanges
For exchanges, please specify the desired size or item when initiating the return process. We will process the exchange once we receive the returned item.
